The Initiative
The New York State Abortion Training Initiative (NYSATI) is a consortium of abortion clinics working to expand access to abortion care by training physicians and advanced practice clinicians across New York State. Through hands-on clinical rotations and didactic learning, the program helps clinicians gain or strengthen the skills needed to provide high-quality abortion care.
The Program
The rotations are tailored to each individual learner based on their current skill level and goals. The program is available to any clinician who is licensed and living in New York State. The rotations can be longitudinal or in blocks based on the schedule of the learner and the clinic.
