The New York State Abortion Training Initiative (NYSATI) is a project funded by the state of New York and is a consortium of abortion clinics that seek to increase the number of trained abortion health care workers in New York State. This initiative is for advanced practice clinicians who were unable to obtain abortion training during their APC education and physicians already trained in first trimester care who are seeking to increase their clinical skills.

Applicants who intend to provide abortions in underserved communities in New York State may be eligible for travel and lodging reimbursement for their training rotation.
